KidStuff Coupon Books sought to develop an app to sell as a sister product to their coupon book.

Role(s): Information Systems Project Manager

Responsibilities: Ideation of concept; source strategic development partners; work with internal and external teams to determine and adhere to milestones for deliverables.

Internally developed Adobe Xd wireframe, project spec and perspective process diagram was shared with development partners. Screen shots of finished app below. Product was released simultaneously as a natively-coded iOS and Android app.

Website Realignment

Online fitness company needed its website optimized for better experiences that lead to conversions.

Role(s): Agency Director; UI/UX; Content Creation

Responsibilities: Engagement with business owners; ideation and wireframing of realignment; directing internal and external resources.

Better user flow was designed with specific objectives to educate and engage. Copy was tweaked to be SEO- and SEM-optimized. Fresh video and image content was created to appeal to broader customer base. Onboarding process was simplified to more quickly get new customers to their first class.
