The system for displaced youth in the United States is nonlinear and consequently often leads to undesirable outcomes. In an effort to clean up the process in western Pennsylvania, that chapter of NNFY reached out to me with what an ideal roadmap would look like. After several conversations, I created the following map with their proposed system realignments, designed to appropriate funding and engage in conversations with the network's leadership.
In order to scale at their desired pace, KidStuff needed to transition to a data-driven production system. To accomplish this, the entire production process needed to be realigned and documented. Working with the company's C-level executives and department leadership, process maps such as the one below were used to architect the new process and system.
To take advantage of potential customers with New Years resolutions, WebFitness wanted a video ad produced. The resulting Let's Go ad was produced by using some of the client's existing assets, stock imagery, and newly shot footage using my storyboards, including hand-drawn sketches with annotated camera directions.
